The Princeton Garden Theatre, managed by Facilities’ Real Estate Development group, has been named “Best Theatre in NJ” by NJ.Com.
According to NJ.com, one of the state’s best online resources, “the Princeton Garden Theatre on Nassau Street in Princeton is, without question, the best movie theater in New Jersey. … After a month spent collecting nominations, tallying thousands of votes and visiting our five incredible finalists, the NJ.com search for the state’s greatest film hall has finally reached its rolling credits (luckily with no spectacular flubs, poor Warren Beatty).”
“We are very proud of our relationship with the Garden Theatre. It’s a great example of how the University enriches the cultural life of Princeton,” said Paul Finley, assistant director of Real Estate Development. “We’re not involved in everyday operations (we don’t choose the movies that get shown there), but we help create an environment where a small “art house” movie theater can thrive. It’s a great asset to the community.”
