Nassau Hall Improvements were designed to retain the historical aesthetic of the building while taking important steps to increase the accessibility and energy-efficiency of Princeton’s most iconic building. The elevator, which will be located on the west side of the building, will enable accessible routes to almost every part of the building, including the existing accessible restroom on the lower level. Replacing door knobs with lever door handles, while a minor project, will increase accessible access to interior spaces. Replacing fluorescent lighting with LED technology will significantly decrease the energy needed to light your offices.
This project was completed in the summer of 2021.
