Located on the northwest corner of Prospect Ave. and Murray Place, the renovation of this apartment complex focused on essential upgrades, safety improvements, and extending the useful life of the building. The project provided improvements to the building's infrastructure, including heating, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, data, and telephone systems. The building's corridors were extended and access was improved in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The apartments's kitchens and bathrooms will be refurbished and interior finishes were refreshed.
