Dillon Gymnasium houses several University administrative functions including Campus Recreation, a portion of Athletics (including several Varsity Team offices, and competition space for wrestling and volleyball), as well as significant support spaces (mechanical, locker room, etc.).

This project improved the support spaces, finishes, and the layout of locker rooms and enhanced user experience through renovations that considered the issues of accessibility and gender inclusiveness.

The project was split in two phases; the first was an enabling phase completed by the Fall of 2015 and the balance of work was completed by the Fall of 2016.  Both work phases occurred under partial building occupancy.
