
An efficient, simple, and inexpensive way to advertise an undergraduate student event is to hang a banner over McCosh Walk. All you need to do is request space and supply the banner, and we will hang it for you.
Requests
While Facilities does the hanging, we do not approve or reserve banner space. Also, your organization must supply the banner.
For banners over McCosh Walk:
- Review the Banner reservation calendar to ensure space is available on the date(s) needed
- Submit the ODUS Student Organization Banner Reservation Request Form. The banner can hang over McCosh Walk for a maximum of four days.
- Deliver the banner to the left banner box on the north side of MacMillan no later than 3 p.m. of the business day prior to your reservation.
- Banners can then be picked up from the banner box on the right. Please note banners need to be picked up within 7 days.
For banners over Washington Road:
- Request approval through the Office of Community and Regional Affairs by calling (609) 258-5144.
- The banner can hang over Washington Road for one week.
- Deliver the banner to the left banner box on the north side of MacMillan by 4pm of the Thursday before your reservation.
- Banners can then be picked up from the banner box on the right. Please note banners need to be picked up within 7 days.
