Mixed Recycling is here. We are responsible for recycling and supporting our sustainability initiatives, and that now includes mixed recycling!

How does Mixed Recycling work?

Paper, plastic, metal, glass, plastic bags and other items can all go in the same recycling bin. Mixed recycling makes it even easier for all of us to recycle, in dorm rooms, offices and anywhere on campus. Please follow the simple campus recycling guidelines provided by the Office of Sustainability, such as emptying food containers before you place them in a recycling bin (we want to encourage recycling yet waste reduction should be the top priority - reduce, reuse, recycle).  

Recycling is collected along with regular trash removal, Monday through Friday.

Cost

Recycling is provided at no cost to you.
